Seemingly rough and worn, yet simple and modern,
our logo symbolizes a gathering of imperfect souls
that have come together to be in community
and worship the Triune God.

Who Is Doing What?

The gatherings announced in this section are wonderful examples of organic ministry, God's people taking the initiative to do something for which they have a particular burden. These are not programs coordinated by GCPC nor are they organized or “overseen” by your elders. But these are examples of God's people stepping up and reaching out and practicing their faith and inviting you to join them! We are happy to help them make you aware of what they are doing.

Guy’s Movie Night

The next movie night will be Thursday, February 25, at the home of Doug Flowers. We will have pizza at 6:30 and begin the movie at 7.

This month we will be watching The Hurt Locker, a movie that premiered last summer to great critical acclaim and should be up for quite a few Academy Awards when the Oscars roll around.

Contact Phil B. if you want to be included in the pizza count, and please plan on bringing a few dollars if you do.

Meals on Wheels

Would you like to volunteer to deliver meals one day a week? Or would you care to be part of a group at Grace, delivering food 5 days a week? If you would like to ride along with Tom to get a first-hand look at this service, contact Tom at 817 454-4208. Tom delivers on Wednesday mornings.

Neighborhood Bible Study

Our first study will be on September 15 at 1:00 (this may change but that's what it is for now) at my house.

Our study will be based on Dr. D. James Kennedy's book The Real Messiah. We will be looking at the OT prophecies of the Messiah that have been fulfilled. We will not be looking at all because there are over 300 but we will be looking at as many as we can. Please join us if you can.

SAHM's Play Group

Tasha Fontenot has taken the initiative to organize and begin a time for the Stay-At-Home-Moms (SAHM’s). All who are interested are invited to meet on the 2nd Monday of every month from 9:30-11 at the church building. This time will give moms an opportunity to enjoy the company and conversation with other moms. Moms will rotate in watching the children.
